Ten years is not just a number. It is a collection of dreams, struggles, decisions, relationships, failures, lessons, and countless moments that shape a journey. When I look back at the journey of ESSRBEE, I do not remember only the milestones. I remember the difficult days—the uncertainty, the pressure, the moments when things did not go as planned, and the times when simply continuing forward required courage.

There were moments when the road ahead looked difficult. But one thought always remained clear in my mind: we must not give up. I strongly believe that the real strength of an entrepreneur is not tested when everything is going well. It is tested when circumstances are against you and you still choose to stand up, learn, adapt, and move forward.

ESSRBEE survived its toughest phases because we believed in our purpose. We learned to turn challenges into experience, setbacks into lessons, and uncertainty into determination.
